As Senior Vice President for Lincoln Property Company, Scott Wilder directs the operations and growth of the residential management division nationwide. Scott has been with LPC for over 25 years and has a wide range of experience, which includes the management of new construction, distressed assets and rehab properties.

Mr. Wilder graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree and holds the CPM® designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is a member of the Greater Dallas Board of Realtors, the Institute of Real Estate Management and serves as a delegate for TAA and NAA. He was recently appointed to the Executive Committee for TAA, serving as Vice President at Large for 2008-2009. Scott also served as President of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas for 2004-2005.

Jennifer Staciokas is the Vice President of Marketing and Training for Lincoln Property Company-Residential Management. She is responsible for supporting and overseeing Marketing and Training programs nationwide for the conventional and military divisions. Jennifer began her career with LPC over 10 years ago in Washington, DC. Since that time, Ms. Staciokas has served the company in numerous capacities applying her flexibility, insight and wisdom to lead this integral aspect of the organization into the future.

Ms. Staciokas holds a B.A. in French from West Chester University and an M.A. in International Commerce & Policy from George Mason University.

As Regional Vice President, Brad Williams is responsible for management of over 49,000 rental units in Texas, Colorado, and Arizona with management offices in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Denver, CO., and Scottsdale, AZ. Brad has over 30 years of experience in property management with Lincoln, having supervised a variety of multi-family owned and fee managed assets throughout Texas and the Midwest.

Mr. Williams is a graduate of the University of Texas, holds a Certificate of Real Estate from SMU, and has received the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He serves on the boards of the Dallas, Texas and National Apartment Associations and is the past President of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and the Texas Apartment Association. He has served three years as the Chairman of the NAA PAC and is currently a Regional Vice President to the National Apartment Association and Chairman of the NAA Legislative Committee. Mr. Williams serves on the Executive Committee for the National Apartment Association and the Joint Legislative Committee for NAA and NMHC.

Chris Burns joined Lincoln Property Company over 15 years ago. He is responsible for all Southeast apartment management operations, totaling in excess of 23,000 units, as well as new business development throughout the region.

Chris is a graduate with honors from Florida Atlantic University and holds the designations of CAPS (Certified Apartment Property Supervisor – National Apartment Association) and CPM® (Certified Property Manager – Institute of Real Estate Management). He is a former President of the Florida Apartment Association, and Member at Large for the National Apartment Association, and a past President of the Broward/Palm Beach Apartment Association. Mr. Burns is currently an Officer of the Atlanta Apartment Association. Previous to joining Lincoln, Chris was the Director of Residential Management for RMS Partners. Mr. Burns has over twenty-five years experience in apartment management and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the States of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Mr. Webster, based in Chicago, has been involved in commercial property management for over 28 years, 25 of those dedicated to multi-family assets. Mr. Webster holds a BS from the University of Colorado in Architectural Engineering and Construction Management. He also holds an MBA from the Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver.

Mr. Webster's experience includes real estate management, development, finance and acquisitions. Mr. Webster previously worked with Trammell Crow Residential, the Irvine Company, Security Capital and Equity Residential, where as EVP he managed 65,000 units and served on multiple committees within Equity Residential. Mr. Webster represented RREEF in its strategic alliance with JPI Management Services in 2006 and subsequently joined JPI as EVP. Most recently, Mr. Webster worked with a real estate technology and services company developing and marketing a property management platform specifically for multi-family owners and managers. Mr. Webster is a past President of the Chicagoland Apartment Association and is active with NMHC and ULI.

As a Regional Vice President for Lincoln Property Company, John LeBeau is responsible for the management of approximately 12,000 units in the Mid-Atlantic Region. His responsibility spans a geographic area from North Carolina to New Hampshire. Mr. LeBeau began his career with LPC over 10 years ago. Before joining Lincoln, John was a Vice President with Insignia Properties Trust, a privately held REIT based in Greenville, SC. This REIT controlled over 180,000 apartment units located in the contiguous 48 states. Mr. LeBeau was intimately involved in the operations, repositioning, disposition and the refinancing of these properties in single transactions and in large pools. He was also involved with the acquisition of multiple portfolios and single asset purchases.

Mr. LeBeau has over 20 years of real estate experience. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and holds a BBA in Finance.
